Bank Multimedia Support Specialist (Onsite) (Location: HK)

 

Job responsibilities include:

  • Equipment setup on and off-site such as video camera, lighting and audio devices for internal video shooting/production and upload to internal site
  • Operate and Maintain AV systems and equipment
  • Support on ad hoc AV request and handle problems for the users
  • Set up and provide technical assistance for all rooms as well as remote support for then Asia region
  • Respond to technical faults for all equipment and oversee equipment repairs in first level
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance check to the AV equipment
  • Assist the team leader in maintaining procedure: equipment inventory list, check list, firmware upgrade, etc.
  • Monthly technical report and manage maintenance schedule
  • Assist event coordinator on large town hall with end to end coordination, support and delivery to post production video editing
  • Coordinating web cast production with users and AV support team during high profile events.
  • Book, schedule and select video room requirements and oversee the billing process for VC, and non-VC bookings on the calendar and plan to fulfill the users’s requirement
  • Coordinate and follow up AV services requests with other offices, vendors and requesters
  • Support multimedia hotline – both telephone and email enquiries
  • Shift duty on public holiday necessary (with rotation and compensation)

 

Qualification & Experience required :

  • Higher diploma or degree holder in Computer, Information systems, business or related discipline
  • Five-day work week Medical insurance
  • Minimum 1 year AV support / customer service experience. Fresh graduate will be considered as Trainee
  • Candidates with InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) qualification is highly preferable
  • Basic knowledge of AV equipment
  • Good analytical and problem solving ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Background check and confidentiality agreement signed with client is a must
  • Knowledge of Microsoft’s Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Plus Lotus Notes
  • Shift duty with rotation necessary
