Karri Ahde Appointed as New Country Manager for Vega Vietnam

 

Vega Global has announced the appointment of Mr. Karri Ahde as the new Country Manager for Vietnam with effect from January 2018.

In his new role as Country Manager, Karri will leverage his extensive background to execute and advance the business strategy of Vega Vietnam. He will be responsible for managing the overall operations and establish the brand’s broader goals and objectives focusing on core business innovation and increasing offerings to both new and existing clients.

Commenting on the new appointment, Mr. Laurie Chow, Managing Director of Vega Global said “We are very pleased to have Karri on board to lead our Vietnam Office. His unique perspectives on both local and international markets is definitely an asset and will be invaluable to our clients.”

Prior to joining Vega, Karri worked in Senior Management roles within the manufacturing industry.  His career started in Project Management and progressed to Global Sales and Business Development.  Karri has an extensive experience in South East Asia, with a deep understanding of doing business in Vietnam where he has been based for the majority of his business career.

Vega Vietnam’s new office facility will open in the country’s largest city and main business hub, Ho Chi Minh City, and is expected to launch by March 2018.
