There are totally 3 sets presentation input ports in different position on the table and there are 4 display TVs and one projector inside the room. They are all controlled by the touch-panel, the image can be shown on all screens simultaneously or independently with the different image. The system provides an easy way to the client for their presentation purpose and takes into account all the meeting distant participants viewing. To further enhance the audience experience, Vega also incorporated 19 sets table mics ,10 sets ceiling mics and 12 sets loudspeakers to the audio system, each table mic has its own switch on the table for the user easily operation.
