Vega’s Project Managers drive the programme-management for your videoconferencing and audiovisual systems and components projects. The Project Manager ensures that the coordination and implementation of the project is fully compliant with the customer’s expectations, against the output from the Solutions Architect; on time and on budget. Importantly, changes and variations to the scope of works and project-timeline can be professionally managed to ensure that implementation remains on-plan and properly accounted. Where relevant, the Project Manager shall work in liaison with the nominated customer Project Manager to coordinate the project delivery.
