Overview: 

We are looking for an Account Manager to play a crucial role in understanding client needs, foster strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. This position requires exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. The Account Manager collaborates with internal departments to fulfill client requirements, acts as a client advocate to enhance the buyer experience, and stays updated on industry trends. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and effectively convey product value. 
  • Participate in tenders and proposals to secure business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient fulfillment of client needs.
  • Collect and analyze data to gain insights into consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and client account details.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Resolve complaints promptly and implement process improvements.
  • Identify industry trends and incorporate them into account management strategies.
  • Advocate for clients, focusing on enhancing the buyer experience. 

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, architecture, or related field. (We welcome candidates with backgrounds in architecture, interior design, furniture, and MEP.)

·      Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

·      Strong presentation skills.

·      Adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities.

·      Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·      Understanding of consumer behaviors and awareness of industry trends.

·      Extensive and accurate product knowledge.
