Overview:
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to play a crucial role in providing engineering solutions to meet customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires a solid IT and AV background, along with a passion for research and development. The Pre-Sales Engineer acts as a translator for engineering language and collaborates closely with the Sales Team to create comprehensive engineering proposals and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collect and identify customer requirements, offering appropriate engineering solutions.
· Identify and anticipate potential problems, providing effective engineering solutions.
· Develop schematic diagrams for engineering solutions.
· Act as a translator for engineering language, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

· Collaborate with the Sales Team to create comprehensive engineering proposals for potential customers.
· Create detailed plans for project timelines, expense estimates, and specifications, including required materials and crew resources.
· Conduct tests to assess product quality and determine if they meet established standards or consumer expectations.
