Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from start to finish, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder identification, risk register maintenance, and communication plans.
- Resolve project issues promptly and transparently.
- Have a technical understanding of Audio & Video concepts.
- Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across projects.
- Continue to build industry expertise and share this knowledge within the company.
- Anticipate clients' needs and propose alternative business solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the audio-visual industry.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, with prior experience managing small to medium-sized projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of system integration and limitations.
- Formal Project Management certification is desirable.
- Proven experience in effectively managing and leading a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Highly personable with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong English language proficiency.
- Good understanding of commercial contracts and terms.
- Commercial acumen and financial management skills; ability to manage project budgets.
