Audio Visual Technician (Service & Maintenance)


Job Description: 

  • Transport, set up, and install audio visual equipment and media support tools, including speakers, monitors, cameras, and equipment racks.
  • Set up and install wiring, programming, and basic construction according to layout diagrams and schedules.
  • Develop good relationships with clients to keep production moving and to help out production or event coordinators.
  • Run tests on videos, audio, and signals and troubleshooting any problems that arise.
  • Meet clients' standards by handling equipment malfunctions and executing a flawless event.
  • Disassemble equipment, wiring, and support tools in a safe manner.
  • Perform inventory management on equipment, wiring, and accessories.
  • Carry out any cleaning, maintenance, or repairs on audio-visual equipment.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field and fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • In-depth working knowledge of audio-visual equipment techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of audio-visual editing equipment and software.
  • Excellent computer and troubleshooting skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Physically fit to transport and set up heavy equipment.
