Customers are turning to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Rooms for their meeting and collaboration solutions enabling the new hybrid workplace. To help accelerate adoption for our customers who do not have existing Teams Rooms, we partnered with Microsoft to offer qualifying customers** Rapid Rooms, a program providing Two x Microsoft Teams Room kits plus on site installation services at no charge!*

Why Teams Rooms

**Customer Requirements:

• 2 x Meeting room spaces with:
      Power and data at table
      Power and data at front of room
      Existing large format display / two for mid size rooms (preferred)
• No existing active Teams Room devices under global tenant
• Customer must procure a Teams Rooms license ( either Microsoft Teams Rooms Standard or Microsoft Teams Rooms Premium SKUs only
• Customer must participate in assessment workshops where available and provide SI access to O365 tenant with global access and physical locations for deployment.
• An executive sponsor and intent to expand room deployment within six months following the 2 room pilo t, with a minimum 25+ room total opportunity.
• Pilot rooms sizes: small and medium only
• Pilot rooms to be deployed at one location only
• 2 room kits per customer must be sourced from one single manufacturer, i.e. either Poly or Logitech
• Offer valid until 30 th June 2022
