仕事の概要

The Senior Sales Manager (Audio Visual Industry) will lead strategic sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence by delivering innovative AV solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while guiding a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  1. Strategic Sales Leadership
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Drive business growth through proactive pipeline management and market expansion initiatives.
  2. Business Development & Account Management
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities within enterprise, commercial, and corporate sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and industry partners.
    • Oversee high-value contract negotiations to ensure profitable outcomes.
  3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a results-driven sales team, setting KPIs and performance benchmarks.
    • Conduct regular training to enhance product knowledge and consultative selling skills.
  4. Market Intelligence & Technology Awareness
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AV technologies.
    • Provide insights to improve solution offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to deliver client-centric AV solutions.
    • Ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational capabilities for seamless project execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial capacity within the AV industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of leading AV brands and technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Logitech).
