Danone Vietnam has opened a new office in Ho Chi Minh City to modernize its meeting and collaboration spaces, marking VEGA Vietnam’s first integrated deployment of professional AV and security systems. The project features an innovative dual-use Townhall and Boardroom equipped with advanced AV technology, including LED walls, ceiling- and handheld-microphone systems, videoconferencing, and wireless sharing systems, as well as meeting rooms and mobile huddle stations. A comprehensive security system, including access control and CCTV, was also implemented. As a result, Danone experienced enhanced automation in meeting rooms, which impressed the client and set a new global standard, leading to increased utilization of meeting spaces and the swift addition of more huddle rooms.
