Jakarta, Indonesia – September 17, 2025 – VEGA Indonesia, part of VEGA Group, conducted a training session in collaboration with Crestron Indonesia, focusing on the transition from traditional matrix switchers to AV-over-IP solutions. This shift is redefining flexibility and scalability in enterprise audiovisual (AV) systems.

The training was led by Afandi Ridwan, Solution Engineer at Crestron Electronics, alongside Albert Susilo, Country Manager of Crestron Indonesia. They showcased the Crestron DM-NVX 384, highlighting its advanced capabilities that surpass other NVX models. The DM-NVX 384 features a built-in 4×1 switcher (two HDMI and two USB-C), a 4K60 4:4:4 scaler, and supports resolutions up to 5K Ultra-Wide. This device ensures pixel-perfect video delivery with imperceptible latency, making it ideal for modern meeting environments. Key strengths of the DM-NVX 384 include HDR10+ and Dolby Vision compatibility, 7.1 surround sound with downmix capability, AES67/DM NAX audio integration, and comprehensive USB-KVM routing, positioning it as one of the most versatile solutions available.

Additionally, the training session explored Crestron’s enterprise AV solutions, including intelligent camera systems such as the Crestron 1 Beyond i20 and P20. These systems enhance boardroom effectiveness by providing automated speaker tracking and promoting seamless meeting equity. Together, these technologies significantly elevate the user experience in high-end collaboration spaces.
Nadia Anggita, Country Manager at VEGA Indonesia, expressed gratitude, stating, “We would like to thank Crestron for the informative training session.
