The client is an authorized institute by law to register and grant practicing certificates to specific professional qualification holders in Hong Kong. The Institute has more than 43,000 members and more than 18,000 registered students. Members of the institute are entitled to an honorable designation in the industry.
With the existing AV and IT systems which were used for more than 10 years, the client notified the necessity to change in order to keep abreast of the times. The old standard of connection interfaces, video source switching with limited capability, low resolution displays and projectors, aging analog microphones system, and a lack of flexibility on room combination…etc., were all pending to be resolved.
