工作概述:
The Global Account Manager (GAM) is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our key global clients to drive long-term growth, retention, and customer satisfaction by delivering innovative AV solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to act as the primary point of contact for multinational clients, coordinating cross-functional teams across regions to deliver consistent service and value.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Strategic Account Planning
- Develop and execute global account strategies, including business plans, sales forecasts, and performance reviews.
(2) Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive business growth through proactive pipeline management and market expansion initiatives
(3) Business Development & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and industry partners.
- Oversee high-value contract negotiations to ensure profitable outcomes.

(4) Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with regional account managers, operations, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
- Ensure alignment between sales strategy and operational capabilities for seamless project execution.
(5) Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand the company’s presence within the global account.
(6) Contract Negotiation
- Lead negotiations on global contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements in collaboration with legal and finance departments.
Professional Skills & Abilities:
- Strategic planning, sales forecasting, and business development expertise.

- Exceptional negotiation and contract management capabilities.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
- Technical understanding of AV solutions including system integration, control systems, conferencing, and digital signage.

资格
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales or BDM experience, including 3–5 years within the AV industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of leading AV brands and technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Logitech).
