Blessing Joseph, Head of India and MEA

Blessing E. Joseph is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director for VEGA in India, Middle East and Africa, bringing over 21 years of leadership experience in technology, audiovisual integration, and business development. He has been instrumental in expanding VEGA’s footprint in the region, leading complex, high-value projects and building teams that consistently deliver exceptional results.

Before joining VEGA, Blessing held senior roles at Siemens Limited, Avaya Global Connect, and AGC Networks Limited, where he consistently exceeded sales targets, expanded operations, and developed premium partnerships with over 100+ suppliers & Partners World-Wide. Notably, he expanded the audiovisual division at Avaya GlobalConnect from $1 million to $20 million in over 4 years and introduced global delivery standards, which achieved a 95%-win rate in key opportunities.

Blessing’s core expertise includes regional business-Sales leadership, operations management, client engagement, technology systems integration, and strategic market expansion. Prior to his early career, Blessing completed a three-year Computer Science Technology program with specialization in Information Technology at JACSI Polytechnic & Engineering College. Holds a Matriculation certificate from Mount Christian Matriculation Higher Secondary School.

He has led significant projects for both government and private sector clients, including Nuclear Power Corporation of India, Aeronautical Development Agency, the Ministry of Defence, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and MasterCard to name a few. He is also passionate about mentoring emerging talent, promoting managed services and sustainability initiatives, and advancing the integration of AI, AV, and IT. Outside of work, Blessing is an avid athlete & powerlifter who enjoys challenging his limits both professionally and personally.

Blessing is trained in CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) through AVIXA formerly  Infocomm International, credentialing in audiovisual and collaboration technologies, during one of its first time batches in India.
