Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audio-Visual Sales Manager to join our Hong Kong team. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise throughout the sales process; architect tailored client solutions and lead the sales team to close deals and drive revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in technology services.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team and internal teams, including technology and operations, to develop and create compelling solutions that aligned with customer requirements
  • Achieve individual revenue target
  • Provide expert guidance and technical knowledge during the sales process by assessing client needs and recommending appropriate technology solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert, explaining the features and benefits of the company’s technology services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential client
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes

  • Strategic planning, sales forecasting, and business development expertise.

  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management capabilities.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
  • Technical understanding of AV solutions, including system integration, control systems, conferencing, and digital signage.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, including formal and informal presentations, listening ability, and the effective & proactive escalation of issues.
  • Excellent self-organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under deadline pressure.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business development or sales.
  • Degree level in business or technology-related discipline.
