SYDNEY / SINGAPORE / MANILA, October 13, 2026 – FORTÉ APAC today announced three key leadership appointments across the Asia-Pacific region, strengthening its country management in Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines as the company accelerates into its next phase of regional growth.
Heather Li has rejoined the company as Country Manager, Australia; Alvin Long has been promoted to Country Manager, Singapore; and John Paul Kyrex Bueza returns to drive growth as Country Manager for the Philippines.
“Leadership transitions are an important part of the evolution of any organization,” said Steve Medeiros, CEO APAC and Middle East at FORTÉ. “Heather, Alvin, and Kyrex each bring deep industry knowledge and a strong commitment to our customers. With the right people in place in each of these markets, we are well-positioned to serve our clients with the best people and products in the industry.”
Driving Momentum in Australia
Effective October 1, 2026, Heather Li rejoins FORTÉ as Country Manager, Australia. Based in Sydney, she will lead the company’s Australian operations. Li returns with a proven track record of leadership within the organization, with previous roles including Regional Business Unit Leader for Southeast Asia and Head of New Global Account Development.
As President of CoreNet Hong Kong, Li has also kept the company closely connected with the broader real estate community. She brings a rare combination of strategic business leadership, customer engagement expertise, and a deep knowledge of the modern workplace ecosystem. Her understanding of the intersection of technology, collaboration, workplace design, and user experience will be instrumental as FORTÉ builds on its current momentum in Australia.
Expanding the Foundation in Singapore
Alvin Long has been promoted to Country Manager, Singapore, following his pivotal role in accelerating FORTÉ’s business and elevating its competitive position in the country. Through a relentless focus on operational excellence, high-impact execution, and customer success, Long and the Singapore team have successfully transformed the region into a high-performing engine primed for scale.
In his new role, Long will lead the next phase of aggressive growth in the region, focusing on cultivating top talent, deepening client partnerships, and driving dominant market performance.
“Alvin’s promotion is well deserved,” said Dickson Ho, COO APAC and Middle East at FORTÉ. “He has built a highly robust platform in Singapore, and I am confident he will take the business to the next level.”
Accelerating Growth in the Philippines
John Paul Kyrex Bueza rejoins FORTÉ as Country Manager, Philippines, after spending two years with one of the company’s key distribution partners. During this time, he significantly broadened his expertise across the industry, its manufacturers, and the wider supply chain ecosystem.
Bueza brings strong industry relationships, proven sales execution, and a history of building high-performing teams. These strengths will directly support FORTÉ’s ambitious plans to expand its Philippine operations, deepen customer engagement, and solidify its market position.
“Kyrex knows our business, our partners, and our customers,” added Medeiros. “His experience across the supply chain makes him the right person to help accelerate our growth in the Philippines.”
These strategic appointments highlight a defining characteristic of FORTÉ’s current evolution: a culture that not only develops exceptional internal leaders but consistently draws the industry’s top talent back to the organization. The decision of seasoned leaders like Li and Bueza to return to the business is a powerful testament to the company’s compelling vision, dynamic workplace culture, and the undeniable momentum it has established. By combining the return of great people with the elevation of proven internal talent, FORTÉ is rapidly accelerating its growth trajectory and solidifying its position as the undisputed industry leader across the Asia-Pacific region.
