Job Description:

In this role, your responsibilities will include:  

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and effectively convey product value. 
  • Participating in tenders and proposals to secure business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient fulfillment of client needs.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to gain insights into consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and client account details.
  • Staying updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Resolving complaints promptly and implementing process improvements.
  • Identifying industry trends and incorporating them into account management strategies.
  • Advocating for clients, focusing on enhancing the buyer experience.

Job Specification:

  • Hardworking, versatile, discipline, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, mature and responsible.
  • Analytical, able to work independently and handle multi-tasking
  • Able to relocate or willing to work outstation

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, architecture, or a related field (Candidates with backgrounds in architecture, interior design, furniture, and MEP are welcome).
  • Over 3 years of proven experience as an account manager.
  • Experience in IT/AV Business is preferable.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and awareness of industry trends.
  • Extensive and accurate product knowledge.
